Lets Heal

I Did It My Way (2)

I’m Lisa, 54, a therapist, mother, wife, daughter, humanity lover, critical thinker, empath and cancer thriver. I want to share what has been the most challenging journey of my life. This is my journey with breast cancer which began nine years ago in 2016. The journey has been long and has incorporated many revelations and ‘medicine’ has come in the form of orthodox, holistic, energetic, spiritual, emotional and more!

I had a lumpectomy in 2016 and used holistic protocols to further the recovery but when things reignited in 2020, and I found that what had been scar tissue appeared to have changed into a lump I was thrown into ‘what next?’

When things reignited in 2021, I was just recovering from the huge grieving process of shockingly losing my precious dad months earlier. I upped my game and improved upon my already clean and organic diet and also incorporated supplements and techniques known to help cancer. I also played observer and attempted to be ‘calm’ stoic as over the months my body moved through a multitude of changes which I began understanding from a new perspective; that of The 5 Biological Laws of Nature and for which I have much gratitude – but more on this later!

This is my story, and I tell it to mark the complexities of such issues with the aim of giving connection, hope and knowledge to other likeminded souls that have been faced with such adversities and felt like the traditional oncology route frightens them or does not necessarily all sit right.

It is about body, mind & soul care and soul purpose.

Although difficult, these years have come with a plethora of learning, and I am now set to be a better health coach and it is my time to pass on this knowledge.
